Multiple emails per contact
Members with a work email and a personal email both get the renewal notice. The primary email is the one that shows in the directory; the rest are how we reach them.

Configurable custom fields
Add any fields your organization tracks: industry, class year, graduation date, NAICS code, AKC registration, whatever it is. Field types include text, number, date, dropdown, multi-select, URL, and file upload.

Tags and segments
Tags are free-form labels for filtering and emailing. Segments are saved filters that update dynamically. Use segments for "lapsed this year" or "board eligible."

Audit trail
Every change to a member record is logged: who changed what, when, and from where. Useful for board accountability and for debugging membership questions.

Privacy controls
Opt-in visibility at the field level. Members choose which fields show in the directory and which stay private.

Bulk import from CSV with column mapping. Export to CSV, JSON, or direct-to-QuickBooks. API access on mid-tier and above.
