Wild Apricot pricing, explained
Wild Apricot pricing is contact-tiered, which can be confusing for organizations used to flat plans. Here is the 2026 pricing breakdown in plain numbers, plus a side-by-side with Covey.
Wild Apricot's pricing model
Wild Apricot charges by contact count, not active member count. That matters because most orgs have more contacts (prospects, alumni, lapsed) than active members. If you maintain a 5,000-person email list but only 1,200 active members, you pay for 5,000.
Current Wild Apricot plans (April 2026)
Free (50 contacts, 1 admin): $0/mo. Personal (100 contacts): $60/mo. Group (250 contacts): $80/mo. Community (500 contacts): $120/mo. Professional (2,000 contacts): $220/mo. Network (5,000 contacts): $380/mo. Enterprise (15,000 contacts): $490/mo. Global (50,000 contacts): $720/mo. Annual billing is roughly 10% off monthly.
What's included at every tier
Members, events, dues, email, website builder, mobile app. Feature set is consistent across tiers. The variable is contact count.
Hidden costs
Payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 via WA Payments or your own Stripe). Migration fee for new customers (sometimes waived in sales cycles). Custom domain setup.
How Covey compares
Covey plans range from $59 to $999+ per month, scaling by member count. Every plan includes migration, human support, and every feature. No tier-gated modules, no contact-based surprises, no implementation fees.
When Wild Apricot is cheaper
If you have under 100 contacts and want the free tier, Wild Apricot wins on raw cost.
When Covey is cheaper
Most orgs over 200 members are cheaper on Covey by 15 to 40%, especially if you carry a large inactive-contact list.
