Wild Apricot login help (and what to do if you're over it)
If you ended up here searching "wild apricot login," you're probably either (a) trying to get into your Wild Apricot account and the usual URL is not working, or (b) frustrated enough that you're considering alternatives. Here is help for both.
If you're trying to log in
Wild Apricot accounts live at yoursite.wildapricot.org or at your custom domain. Admin login is usually at yoursite.wildapricot.org/admin. If you cannot remember your admin URL, check your welcome email from Wild Apricot or use the "Lost my URL" tool at wildapricot.com.
If the login page is slow or broken
Clear browser cache and try again. Try an incognito window. Check status.wildapricot.com for outages. If none of that works, Wild Apricot support responds within 24 hours on paid plans, longer on free.
If you forgot your password
Click "Forgot password" on the login page. A reset email is sent to the email on file. Check spam if it does not arrive within 5 minutes.
If members cannot log in
Most member login issues are one of three things: wrong URL (member portal is different from admin portal), expired membership (log-in auto-disabled), or failed password reset email (check spam, check sender allowlist). Admins can temporarily reset a member's password from the contact record.
